Open a product card from the homepage or a category page. Its detail page shows photos, a description, product information, and the Product Specification section.
How do I identify an item when asking a question?
Use the product title and the Inventory Number listed on its detail page. Include the color and quantity you need, if relevant.
Can I view larger product photos?
Click the main product photo or a thumbnail to open the image viewer. Use the previous and next controls to browse available photos; captions appear when supplied.
What does “Available on request” mean?
That detail has not been supplied on the product page. Ask for the missing information before making a purchase decision.
Where can I check shipping and pickup information?
Visit Shipping & Pickup for a checklist of details to confirm. Delivery methods, costs, and collection arrangements need to be confirmed for the specific item.
What is the return policy?
